Hello, thank you for visiting the Good Dog Behaviour & Training Website (the ‘Site’). Below is the lowdown on how we work.
Please review the following basic terms that administer your use of and purchase of products and/or services from our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (the “Agreement”).

Transaction Currency and Pricing
All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Cancellation/Reschedule And Refund Policy
Our clients are busy professionals that run their lives on schedule. As such, we have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. After this period you will be charged 50% of the cost of your appointment.
If you miss your scheduled appointment and you have not contacted us prior to the session taking place, the session will be forfeited and you will be charged in full for the missed session.
Whilst we will make every effort to be flexible and accommodate you, last minute cancellations or attempts to reschedule are inconvenient for us and our other clients. Cancelling and rescheduling due to legitimate illness/injury or in case of emergency may be accepted as long as we have been given reasonable notice prior to the appointment time.
In certain circumstances, Good Dog Behaviour & Training may decide, in its sole discretion, that it is necessary or desirable to cancel/reschedule a confirmed booking such as where there are extreme weather conditions or medical emergency or illness/injury. If this happens, you will not be charged for that session.
All Programs and Gift Certificates are prepaid, NON-REFUNDABLE for changes of mind or cancellations by you, NON-TRANSFERABLE, cannot be SUBSTITUTED and are applied to (1) per household unless otherwise stated.
All sessions purchased as part of a program must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase.
Liability Release and Training Agreement
I agree that I have hired Good Dog Behaviour & Training, as training professionals, to determine which tools are necessary to help me train my dog. I understand that I will obtain the best training results by following the instructions of the Good Dog Behaviour & Training trainer(s). I further understand that I am solely responsible for the training of my dog.
I understand that working with dogs may pose some risk to myself, members of my family, my guests, or my pet(s) and I expressly assume the risk of any damage or injury caused to or by my dog as a result of following advice found from Good Dog Behaviour & Training.
Advice that is official or unofficial is still my responsibility to interpret and follow only advice that is safe. I understand that it is my responsibility to supervise my dog(s) for their safety and the safety of other animals and people.
I am responsible for damages caused by my dog(s) and/or my guests and family members.
In consideration of my participation in a dog training session or sessions conducted with information from Good Dog Behaviour & Training, I, on behalf of myself and any minors attending the dog training session(s) with me, waive, release, and agree to hold harmless Good Dog Behaviour & Training and any and all of its employees, volunteers, agents, insurers, and successors from any and all causes of actions, claims, demands, losses, injuries, and damages of any kind which may be sustained or caused by my dog(s) in connection with the training session.
I also understand(s) that the degree to which a dog is successfully trained is a matter of the interest, commitment, and cooperation of the dog owner. Accordingly, the undersigned acknowledge(s) and agree(s) that this is a consultation offering general advice, guidance, and instruction for changing or managing a behavioural problem, and that Good Dog Behaviour & Training has not and will not make any promise, guarantee or warranty that their dog will achieve any particular level of training.
