Terms & Privacy

Hello, thank you for visiting the Good Dog Behaviour & Training Website (the ‘Site’). Below is the lowdown on how we work.

Please review the following basic terms that administer your use of and purchase of products and/or services from our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (the “Agreement”).

Good Dog Behaviour & Training may make changes to the information contained in this Site, or to the services described and contained therein at any time and without notice.

Transaction Currency and Pricing
All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Acknowledgement of Country
Good Dog Behaviour & Training respectfully acknowledges the traditional custodians of the land on which we live and work, specifically the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung peoples of the Kulin nation. We pay respect to their Elders, and to the history, legacy and contemporary cultures of all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples.

Cancellation/Reschedule And Refund Policy
Our clients are busy professionals that run their lives on schedule. As such, we have a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours prior to your booking without a fee. After this period you will be charged in full for the cost of your session/program or your session will be forfeited if part of a program.

If this fee is not paid we may choose to discontinue our training relationship with you and any future sessions will be cancelled.

If you miss your scheduled appointment and you have not contacted us prior to the session taking place, you will be marked as a no-show, the session will be forfeited and you will be charged in full for the missed session.

Whilst we will make every effort to be flexible and accommodate you, last-minute cancellations or attempts to reschedule are inconvenient for us and our other clients. While we understand that circumstances may arise that will require a possible cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment, the following policies are in place to ensure that we can accommodate all of our valued clients as efficiently and effective as possible given the limited amount of available appointments per week.

In certain circumstances, Good Dog Behaviour & Training may decide, in its sole discretion, that it is necessary or desirable to cancel/reschedule a confirmed booking such as where there are extreme weather conditions or medical emergency or illness/injury. If this happens, you will not be charged for that session.

All Programs and Gift Certificates are prepaid, NON-REFUNDABLE for changes of mind or cancellations by you, NON-TRANSFERABLE, cannot be SUBSTITUTED and are applied to (1) per household unless otherwise stated.

All sessions purchased as part of a program must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase. After this time, any unused sessions will be forfeited.

I also understand(s) that the degree to which a dog is successfully trained is a matter of the interest, commitment, and cooperation of the dog owner. Accordingly, the undersigned acknowledge(s) and agree(s) that this is a consultation offering general advice, guidance, and instruction for changing or managing a behavioural problem, and that Good Dog Behaviour & Training has not and will not make any promise, guarantee or warranty that their dog will achieve any particular level of training.
